Hey everyone!
Whew, this quarter has been a wild ride. Let’s start with Heartbound, which FINALLY has a cover (thanks to the incredible Book Designs by Shae). She was recommended by fellow author, Madeline Vaughn, who I highly recommend you go check out. As part of the ongoing contest to select my cover artist, Madeline is going to receive a signed hardcover copy of Heartbound: The Cursed Fae....But, what is a cover, without a RELEASE DATE?! To honor my mum, who this book is dedicated to, I will be releasing the book on the 5-year anniversary of her passing, on OCTOBER 10TH, 2024.
With the release date fast approaching, I am now accepting both ARC readers & STREET TEAM members, who can sign up
To add to that excitement, I launched the Indie Author Book Club. This is my way to build a community of support around indie authors. Every month, I randomly draw two books, from two different genres. The drawings will be announced on the 1st via social media. Both books will be purchased by me, and reviewed by the last week of the month. It it my hope that others also purchase the books, and join in on the reviews with me.
For July, we had two amazing books:

Hi everyone!
As it often does (because I sadly don’t get to spend my time searching for missing grimoires, flying with my dragon, or sparring with my devilishly handsome fae mate), life has gotten in the way of my updates. It is because of this that I’ve decided to switch to a quarterly update VS. a monthly one. This will allow me to keep everyone updated on my various projects, but also ensure I have time to focus on said things. So, without further ado, what have I been up to!?
I am extremely excited to announce that I have not one, but TWO scientific articles published this quarter. You can find both of them, here:

NOW, on to the BEST part-
Heartbound: The Cursed Fae, is drafted. Through a twist of fate that I blame entirely on my characters- who refused to follow my plan- I have moved immediately onto the 2nd draft to tie up some loose ends. As promised, I released soome (very preliminary) character art on my socials. I hope you enjoy them!
So what about KOV: The Blood Sky? It has been pulled from my TBW pile, and I have been working on it while HTCF is in editing.

Heartbound: The Cursed Fae, has 11 chapters left until “the end.” That is, the end of the 1st draft. As a celebration for this accomplishment, I’ll be releasing some character art to introduce you all to the incredible characters I’ve fallen in love with.
This also means that KOV: The Blood Sky is on the verge of being pulled back out of my TBW pile, so stay tuned for updates!

Kingdom of Vaettir: The Blood Sky is on the back burner until Heartbound is in its editing phase
Heartbound: The Cursed Fae is MORE than halfway through drafting! This is currently my main project, and I am beyond thrilled with how it is coming along. I can’t wait to begin releasing content for this book!
